Madras High Court directs Tamil Nadu Election Commission to conduct local body election before November 17th.  The announcement for poll may be notified on September 18th this month.

Protests Protests Everywhere after Anitha's Death

After the suicide of medical aspirant Ariyalur Anitha, protests, road roko, rail blockade, demonstrations, pickets, agitations, burning of effigy of PM and CM, and marches with placards  by various parties,  DYFI (Democratic Youth Federation of India), SFI (Students Federation of India) and  AIYF (All India Youth Federation) have burst out throughout the state demanding permanent exemption from NEET and police pickets are being posted everywhere to bring the situation under control.

Gurmeet's Bangalooru Ashram Secured

Dera Sacha's ashram, spreading 2.5 acre plot was visited by his followers yesterday but no violence took place.  However following the terrible violence in north part of India, and Monday's judgement, this ashram where Gurmeet had stayed in 2008 is under the security of Karnataka Police.

Original Driving Licence Compulsory from September 1

Tamil Nadu Government has announced that those riding two wheelers and driving four wheelers must have original driving licence in lieu of the copy being held now while driving that is made mandatory from September 1st, 2017.

Hot News : CBI Judge in Kurmeet's Case to be Taken by Air

As a safety measure, the Haryana and Punjab High Court has ordered to take CBI Judge Jagadeep Singh by air to Rohtak district jail where Kurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has been kept under custody.  The jail has become court now.
